Account Deactivation Section 3 Haven't heard back in weeks

My account has been deactivated since around October and I didn't know until I wanted to try selling on amazon again in December. Only to come back to it being deactivated, saying I wasn't selling authentic items, when I was following all the rules. And since the last time I was selling on amazon was in June 2024 I had a hard time finding the receipts and invoices because it was so long ago, but I provided everything I could and I feel like I just kept getting bots replied back to me each time and amazon came to the conclusion that they confirmed i was selling fraudulent items, when I wasn't at all. Ever since I got that email anything I send to submit new information just gets ignored and I don't even get a reply back and I tried to make a new account because I can't seem to reactivate this one and I got another email saying that I have to reactivate this one first and that one is deactivated until I reactivate this one. So I don't know what to do now I'm so lost and need help I only stopped selling for a while because I needed capital.
