Amazon Does Not helped me

Hello,

Unfortunately Amazon still not activating and the last performance notification says your account will not activate anymore. I am a business owner and I understand Amazon's policies but you should also understand from our side. I havent harm any customer or loyality of Amazon but somehow I am getting punished.

Amazon says my account used for harmness, relation with İllegal activity even I am always been honest and shared my all my company details. I HAVE NEVER HARM ANYONE! And same Amazon says that they will not activate my account. My appeals are not reviewed anymore. Same Amazon holding my inventory and removed my balance and still sending me inventory fees. This is unacceptable and ridicolous! Nobody answering my questions!!

I cant open new account, I cant close my existing account. So should I pay my inventory expenses until I die??

Please be logical and review my request. Looking for your answer.

amazon reps will ask you for a case ID, they will not look into anything until you give a case ID.

yes, due to the agreement you signed... Amazon confiscates all your money and FBA merchandise.

amazon is not easy or everyone would be doing it.

if amazon will not unban you, forget your inventory that they will not return, and forget the cash that no longer is yours, just stop paying the storage fess. close your bank account and debit card and make new ones... no point in paying for storage fees when you are banned.

... you should first practice on ebay, more forgiving

january everyone and their mother signed up to sell, and amazon banned 95% of those sellers instantly.

if amazon reinstates you open every Amazon University video so you can prevent future problems..

amazon wants you to figure out what you did wrong, they will not tell you..

when you figure out what you did wrong,

amazon wants a POA ( plan of action) you apologizing, admitting fault and telling them how you will fix the error...

check amazon university for the POA format.... if anything is off, a pakistani will reject your application for reinstatement

I pulled out of fba years ago. I have 4 items that due to book titles were deemed hazardous. Since they were only 4 items and they could not be returned because they were 'hazardous', I just respond to my monthly removal reminders and pay the fees. They can't be removed or destroyed. So, my monthly fee til I die is the cost of doing fba.

How about telling us Why you think Amazon might have made those false claims?

I would ask that you post your original deactivation notice you received in seller central. This typically includes phrasing surrounding why it happened. This could be something along the lines of "unable to verify you" or your "supply chain/inventory". Depending on exactly what you received will determine the required information to address the violation.

If we cannot verify you or your business, we will require specific identity information such as government issued ID including the front and back in color. We will also require a valid utility bill. Some situations may even require a valid credit or bank statement. Each of these documents will need to be in the account owners name and physical address for further verification.

If there are concerns with your inventory, we will require invoices that meet our responsible sourcing requirements. This will include sourcing for all listed products with and without sales. If these products are branded, and you are not the brand or rights owner, we may require a letter of authorization to verify you as an authorized distributor for this brand.

If we cannot verify authenticity of inventory in the fulfillment center, they may need to be disposed of to stop storage fees, as these products may not be eligible for removal.

Amazon wants to see your commercial invoice from the Manufacturer. Amazon knows what an invoice includes. An invoice is used when Your USA business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all invoices include all of the following:

- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, and terms of sale

- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name

- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,

- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials

- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number

- TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, interest assessed

Some have more, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you call and make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.

If you purchased the items from a distributor using cash and carry, or on-line with a credit card, and paid sales tax on it, you are not buying wholesale from the manufacturer.

Did you notice that Amazon always asks for a manufacturer’s invoice first, then asks for/or a letter of authorization? Amazon knows how businesses are operated.

If you have a commercial retailers account with a manufacturer, your invoice as described above will suffice. You will not need a Letter of Authorization because the invoice says it all. If you really need one, your manufacturer Rep handling your account could get one for you.

If you do not actually have a commercial account with the manufacturer, Amazon knows companies will not give any letter of authorization to individuals without a commercial account.

Thank you for that detail, I do hope that some seasoned seller can stop in and help further with this. Most have moved to another forum where they help Sellers.

I have not been through one of these, so I can only provide second hand advise.

"...which appears to be forged or manipulated." If you did provide all the documents asked for, a extensive and time consuming task I am sure, something went wrong.

I have noticed that often it is not that a seller forged or manipulated the document. Actually only you would know that. Often the document is just in the wrong format, or the data does not match what is on file at Amazon. For the first issue, check the "You should only send..." request. make sure the format was correct. For the issue of manipulated, make sure all items match. "Trusted Partners Corp." is not the same as "TrustedPartners Inc."

The (stupid) formatting in this forum had this conversation relatively hidden. You may want to repost, responding to your original post, tagging @Emet_Amazon to get further help.

Though I think Asking Sellers here may result in more input that could help.

Amazon wants to see your commercial invoice from the Manufacturer. Amazon knows what an invoice includes. An invoice is used when Your USA business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all invoices include all of the following:

- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, and terms of sale

- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name

- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,

- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials

- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number

- TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, interest assessed

Some have more, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you call and make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.

If you purchased the items from a distributor using cash and carry, or on-line with a credit card, and paid sales tax on it, you are not buying wholesale from the manufacturer.

If you have a commercial retailers account with a manufacturer, your invoice as described above will suffice. You will not need a Letter of Authorization because the invoice says it all. If you really need one, your manufacturer Rep handling your account could get one for you.

If you do not actually have a commercial account with the manufacturer, Amazon knows companies will not give any letter of authorization to individuals without a commercial account.

Thank you for that detail, I do hope that some seasoned seller can stop in and help further with this. Most have moved to another forum where they help Sellers.

I have not been through one of these, so I can only provide second hand advise.

"...which appears to be forged or manipulated." If you did provide all the documents asked for, a extensive and time consuming task I am sure, something went wrong.

I have noticed that often it is not that a seller forged or manipulated the document. Actually only you would know that. Often the document is just in the wrong format, or the data does not match what is on file at Amazon. For the first issue, check the "You should only send..." request. make sure the format was correct. For the issue of manipulated, make sure all items match. "Trusted Partners Corp." is not the same as "TrustedPartners Inc."

The (stupid) formatting in this forum had this conversation relatively hidden. You may want to repost, responding to your original post, tagging @Emet_Amazon to get further help.

Though I think Asking Sellers here may result in more input that could help.
