Account is Inactive
Once I log in at my seller central account the webpage displays this message: "Your account is inactive - You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
I have already added my credit card and I see some Amazon transactions (pending status) through my credit card app. The credit card is showing as "Active" at the payment method page but unfortunately my account remains inactive.
I am unable to proceed with any identity verification as the seller central page does not let me to go through this process. In addition, I am not able to open any support case.
Any assistance is highly appreciated!!

In addition to the advise given (do not close that buyer account) you will be glad you had it if you ever need to purchase a competitors product to prove it is a fake version of yours. You need to do that from your buyer account in order to report violations of another seller. Just use that account for all of your business purchases from amzon (office supplies, etc)
