Amazon Shipping not coming to pick up
I have been using Amazon Shipping for two weeks. Twice now, on two separate occasions, Amazon has not come to pick up our packages, with no warning or notice being provided. I have contact support through Amazon shipping and am told that I have to wait 2 business days to get a response and when they do responde they simply apologize and say the driver couldn't make it.
Is this seriously how Amazon shipping works? No one is providing any sort of solution or explanation. They aren't even able to provide me with any guarantee that this wont happen again.
Has anyone else had issues such as this? Is Amazon shipping even worth using considering the fact that they will not come and get my packages with no warning at all?

Yes, I have had this happen too. Sometimes Amazon will say to wait until at least an hour or more after the scheduled pickup window but that they can't guarantee that someone will actually pick up the packages.
This isn't published anywhere but I had a conversation with my Amazon Shipping account manager. He shared with me that if you do not ship any packages with Amazon for 3 days in a row, Amazon will schedule package pickup for the next business day.
He also shared that Amazon will be trying out Amazon Shipping drop-off locations in 2025. I don't know where or how many there will be.
