"Manage Returns" page not loading
One of the users of our account has not been able to view any returns. She try to load the page and it keeps spinning and never loading up. She tried everything from clearing cache, logging in and out, different browser, uninstall all add-ons like any pop up blockers. The page never loads.

Is this issue continuing to persist? If so I'd like to share some suggestions from a similar thread last year from my colleague KJ. If not, did you do anything specifically to resolve?
