Order 702-3355247-1893832, Cx asked for an un-founded, gratis 50% refund and threatened a negative review if he didn't get it. Reported the message, did not pay out this customer's review demands, and got the 1* review as a result. Is there any way to have this redressed?

I had a seller feedback today saying customer was double charged and shipped out after cancelled order, whereas Amazon policy says if an item is in the fulfillment stream and in transit, a seller does not have to cancel an order. Also, sellers have nothing to do with the Amazon payment system.
While it didn't fit Amazon's 3 golden rules to remove seller feedback (profanity/personal info/FBA), the live chat rep removed the feedback immediately.
Have you tried reopening the failed feedback case via live chat and show the support rep the evidence?

If yes, go to Amazon brand registry (.ca)→ Contact Brand Support → Report a Store Violation → Product Review Violation. Keep your message short and simple;
