Negative Feedback, Help for remove it.
I received a negative feedback from a product sold as merchant because of the price. Can I open a case and remove it?
Our ODR is too high because of this.
Note: Cost and expense invoices for our products are available. We do not sell at exorbitant prices, in fact, we are a newly established store, we will also send small gifts to our customers in the future.
