How to find the order ID for a negative prodcut review?
Hi, I am wondering where I can find the order ID for a negative product review. I tried checking under the brand tab --> customer reviews but that doesn't give the order ID, then I checked the voice of the customer and there wasn't an order ID attached to the review there either. How can I find this information?

You are not able to find an Order ID for a negative product review. The negative product review could have been left by someone who did not place an order with you. This is allowed. Please see the information linked below.
