Inactive Items due to Brand Health Issue

We were selling items both on Seller Central (SC) and Directly to Amazon on Vendor Central. We were told we had to choose between the two and made the move to update inventory on items we had stopped selling on SC and added new listings as needed. A few weeks pass and now we have 10 Brand health warnings and newly created items go to Inactive status due to the Brand Health Issue. We've created support tickets but they simply state there is a criteria that makes us ineligible to sell our own products directly. We've reopened our support ticket and gotten no additional information and there appears to be no resolution option available. Not sure how to proceed with getting approval in listing our own products as we don't even have an option to apply and there is no resolution from support.

Hi there @Seller_DWJcoUDQvKF9D,

Thanks for reaching out with your concern with listing your products. Are you the Brand Owner of your products? If so can you provide your most recent Case ID on this issue so I can review to see if any options exist? Thank you for your understanding.
