Not getting Brand Registry trademark confirmation code.
I'm trying to get a new brand verified for brand registry. They are saying a code was sent to the e-mail on the TM application, but my trademark attorney isn't getting any e-mails. What should I do?
I've contacted Amazon and they keep sending the same email over and over that they sent a verification code, but that's all it says. I keep requesting a new one and they keep sending an email that basically says they sent a verification code and no other details.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am hoping I can assist with getting your TM attorney the verification code. I do understand that enrollment in Brand Registry is at times and uphill battle so I get your anxiousness as this is one of the final steps to enrollment. After researching, I found 2 instances that Brand Registry has emailed the attorney listed on the Trademark. I checked for potential typo's on the email address, but it is exactly as it appears on the TM on USPTO. The only other thing I can think of is to have your lawyer check their Spam folder or to search their email for anything containing brand registry and/or Amazon.
If the worst case scenario happens and your enrollment is declined, you can apply again, but I also get that is not what you want as you would have to start from the beginning again.
