Amazon FBA Inbound Placement Service Fees are crippling my business.
I’ve been selling since March, and I’m struggling to keep my business afloat. Amazon has ruthlessly charged me nearly $1,000 just in Inbound Placement Service Fees. This month, I’m facing losses due to excessive fees, customer returns, and products misplaced by Amazon. I have open cases with the following IDs that have not received a response: 15689719071, 15687413321, 15687446871, 15687688001, and 15704491901. Amazon is the only one benefiting, disregarding, and overwhelming sellers.

yes, Amazon can be a rough place to start selling. There are many fees and Amazon isn't going to dismiss them because you complain. What are your cases about?
Going forward, you need to look at the whole $$ picture. Is what you want to sell on Amazon a good fit? Looking at all the fees does it make sense to use FBA? Or is FBM an option?

Thanks for sharing that feedback with us, as well as those Case IDs. I checked those cases and see you were provided with accurate responses. Inbound Placement service fees were introduced earlier this year along with other changes to the fee structure, including some decreased FBA fulfillment fee rates.
