Cancel payment please

Hello, I would like to cancel and refund the subscription fee because I have not been able to make sales despite actively placing products on my Amazon Canada account since August.

(Due to the inexperience of the authors on the chat page, there are problems with communication, so I had to write my transaction here).

Cool, all you have to do is change your account status from Professional to Individual, and the fee will stop being charged at your next billing period.

Unfortunately, when you signed up to be an Amazon seller, you agreed to pay the monthly fee for the professional account, REGARDLESS of the amount of units sold, so there won't be any refund for August since you had products actively listed.

I understand you want to close your account due to lack of sales. I have seen you reached out to Selling Partner Support through the case ending in 9491, where they confirmed you can close your account by accessing the link provided.
