Cool, all you have to do is change your account status from Professional to Individual, and the fee will stop being charged at your next billing period.
Unfortunately, when you signed up to be an Amazon seller, you agreed to pay the monthly fee for the professional account, REGARDLESS of the amount of units sold, so there won't be any refund for August since you had products actively listed.
