Amazon CA, what document do you want us to provide?

We do really need help from Moderator!

From last year December, 5 ASIN listings were removed due to invalid GTIN. We tried our best to solve this issue with Amazon Canada seller support team two months, the case ID are ID 14813908391, ID 14687942151 , ID 14496630171, ID 14496547501, ID 14550985101.

We offered Trademark, Certificates/Letter from GS1, Official websites of Brand/Manufacturer which show the affiliation between the Brand & the owner of the barcode in Case ID 14813908391, ID 14687942151 , ID 14496630171 again and again, but nothing was resolved and have to remove these inventory from Canadian FBA warehouse.

Also, we spent 250$ to buy formal GTIN from the GS1, but they still refuse us.

They insist on taking for granted that we are two companies just because we spell the "Bluetac" to "BLUETAC", only the tiny difference incurred due to no enough caution.

We really feel Amazon seller support is useless at all, they can resolve nothing but further ado this Amazon rule that Amazon regulation, just don't know provide exact resolution to the point.

And now, Amazon Canada email us to upload a document to appeal, saying the steps:

"To upload the required documents or to appeal in-order to un-suppress the ASINs, please follow this path  login to your seller central account and go to “Performance” >> “Account Health”>> “Documentation Requests” under “Product Compliance request” on the right below corner >> “Provide documents” and choose to upload documents or to appeal".

But the problem is, there is no any document type they need us to upload, we don't know upload what kind of document to appeal at all.

Amazon moderator, please help us, we need help.
