Error 5885 on a branded item

I am trying to list a branded item that I have brand approval to sell. When I try to finish the listing, I get the error in the image below. I have reached out to Selling Partner Support, and keep getting only canned responses from several different representatives asking me to provide images that show the product is generic, and not branded. I always reply that my item is branded, and I trying to determine what to do do correct this error. I'm stuck in a loop with representatives who either don't understand my issue, or don't really care. They also ask for an ASIN, which I don't have, as this error doesn't identify a specific ASIN (as some errors I have experienced in the past show). I have also searched the catalog high and low, and this item is a very new product, and does not exist for me to use an ASIN from. I hope somebody can help. Thanks.

None of the other existing listings for Bass Pro Trucker hats in the Amazon catalog already are the same?

Did you try looking on the US side of the catalog to use that ASIN in Canada?

Based on your screenshot, I see you are trying to sell Bass Pro Shops products, and when checking your account, I don't see you are allowed to sell that brand yet. You can confirm that in the cases ending in 660811 and 16591, where the team declined the application for that brand.

On the other hand, the reason why Selling Partner Support (SPS) is asking for those details is because the error 5885 is for generic items, as you can see in the error message included in your forum, and in the help page Error message related to Amazon Generic Product policy that information is mandatory for SPS to work on your request.

Based on the investigation I made, for you to address this issue you need to have the approval to sell that brand first, and then try to list the item using all the required details. If the UPC of the product is already in the system, than it will show up all details for the Detail Page of the item.
