ID verification
I'm so baffled!!!! I was approved as a seller in '23, and went inactive and came back on this month. So I understand it asking for verification again... but the 1st time I used my passport (US) and credit card statement, and was approved. Now I resubmitted the SAME passport (not a new one) and an updated CC statement and was told they couldnt verify me?????? can anyone explain why is this happening? nothing changed, same name, business name, only an updated CC statement..

Does all of your information on every document, plus your passport match exactly? No comma on one but not on the other?No capitol on one but not the other? No name abbreviation on one but not the other? Even something as small as a period could throw off your approval. Everything has to match exactly!
