The insurance policy that you provided is not on an occurrence basis
Hi,
I keep submit the Certificate of Insurance, but it keeps to be rejected; I don't know, the reason is "The insurance policy that you provided is not on an occurrence basis." but it is clearly right, and it is like past years, anybody can help?

Hello there @Seller_kHcjN7I3sA2aw
My name is CR - thank you for reaching out. Let's ee if we can get you some more information here.
Can you please provide me with the latest case IDs you have created to Seller Support for this issue? I would like to review this situation and see if I can help here.
I also recommend that you review this resource for more information on the requirements for Commercial Liability Insurance.

What did your local independent insurance agent say when you opened the account. Surely they knew what they were selling you.
Or did you buy some online policy with no agent and no physical address who only took your payment.

When this happened to us it was because our insurance provider did not put a mark next to OCCUR. We just had to email our insurance provider to add the mark and it got accepted.
