Modification nom et prénom
Bonjour, j'ai un petit soucis mon compte est désactivé, Amazon ignore mes messages enfin les robots d'Amazon ignore mes mails et se contentent de copier coller du coup j'ai voulu leurs faire passer un message en changeant mon nom et prénom et depuis je ne peux plus revenir en arrière j'ai envoyé un recommandé qui est resté sans réponse, comment faire pour remettre mon nom normalement ?

You should be able to do this in the settings of your seller central account. Once in the account information section, you can access your own personal details through the legal entity.
If it is the account name that you are looking to change, then you can navigate towards the top left corner of the account info. It should show your current information next to a link for ‘Your Seller Profile’. If you follow this link, you should be able to see your account details across several marketplaces. You can make changes to the information through here.
Based off the information provided, it would see that you have some issues with pay account. Do you have a pay account? When was the last time that you accessed it? Have you been able to refer to the performance notification referenced in the screenshot?
