Reporting
I am trying to reconcile the total transactions for a statement period back to the Statement itself. There are a lot of amounts that just seems to roll up under "other" and I am trying to understand what these are. My issue is that there are about 2000 transactions per day and the report downloads cap at 600 entries, therefore I cannot find a way to download all of the data.

Hello @Seller_Dz9OIODKcAXVl
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
Thank you for raising this concern about transaction reporting limitations. I understand the challenges you're facing with reconciling your statements, particularly with the current 600-entry download limit.
As an immediate solution, I can suggest several workarounds:
Date Range Splitting:
- Break your download requests into smaller time segments (e.g., download by day or even by hours for high-volume days)
- This will help you stay under the 600-entry limit per download
Reports to Use:
- Use the "Date Range Reports" in Seller Central
- Generate "Custom Date Range Transaction Reports"
- Utilize the "Monthly Transaction Report" feature
Alternative Report Types:
- Consider using the "Order Reports" section
- The "All Orders Report" can provide more comprehensive data
- "Payment Reports" can offer additional transaction details
If you need more specific data about the "Other" category, please:
- Contact Seller Support directly through your Seller Central account
- Request a detailed breakdown of these transactions
- Specify the exact date range you're investigating
