Assistance Needed – Selling Dietary Supplement on Amazon
Hello,
We recently created an Amazon account, and our company is based in Malaysia. We intend to sell our product, a dietary supplement, on Amazon. We have successfully created an ASIN (B0DW371KFQ) for our product. However, shortly after, we received a notification stating:
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s).
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)."
After researching similar cases, it seems that brand registration may be required. However, as our company is registered in Malaysia, all our documentation is based on Malaysian registration.
Since we are the brand owner and have all the necessary documentation for our product, we would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue and proceed with selling on Amazon.

I wanted to share an update with you as I reviewed your case ending in 2621 associated to your request to list ASIN B0DW371KFQ.
This situation has been coming up often on the forums in which seller's are getting the notification: "We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)," and in previous escalation I have seen success with clearing this process in sellers who are Brand Registered.
