Buy Box Eligibility for DVDs and CDs
Hello, I have been selling FBA since March 2023 and have the Buy Box for books. In October 2023, (7 months ago), I started sending in DVDs and CDs as well. I have the Buy Box for New DVDs and CDs, however although I have been sending inventory to Amazon regularly, I still do not have the Buy Box for used DVDs and CDs. I was told by Seller Support that the approval is all done automatically; as with a robot. Is there any way that someone can do a manual review and let me know what may be holding me back? I appreciate any assistance and thank you for your time.
