issue with my account

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp do you can help me?

well, i created my account on 06/07/2024, everything was going well, i listed my products, i made 3 sales, after the third sale, i received an email informing me that my account was deactivated. i saw in the notifications that amazon was asking for documents to prove it, so i did, i sent the documents, soon after that i received another notification about section 3, once again i contacted them, i made the video call, i answered the questions, i sent the documents, the interviewer asked me to send documents such as, credit card invoice showing the purchases of the products, he asked for the email confirmation of the products, and their tracking to where i prepare to send the products and the tracking to the amazon distribution center. i did everything as i was asked and i cooperated fairly in order to be able to activate my account, however they did not reactivate my account, i am still trying to solve this problem, without knowing how i can succeed in activating my account.

can you help me solve this problem, or do you know any way I can follow?

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

NOTE -- PARAGRAPHS are you friend. A wall of text is NOT reader friendly.

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

After completing the video verification, the team reviewed the information from your virtual identity verification and they believe, or our controls have identified that your account may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. As a result, your account will not be reactivated. Kindly refer to the Performance Notification sent to you dated August 6, 2024.

Due to the nature of this situation I cannot guarantee the account is eligible for reactivation at this point as they stated in the notice you provided in the other thread that they confirmed this violation, thus they may no longer respond further.

When these situations arise, I can advise on all required information but again the account may no longer be eligible for reactivation.

We will require in these situations valid invoices for any and all products listed in your account. If the products were associated to a brand or intellectual property, we will require a letter of authorization to confirm you are an authorized distributor of these products and brands.

Regarding your identity portion of the verification process, we will require a utility bill in the name and address of the account owner. You can verify our requirements for utility bills on our seller identity verification help page.

Do you have a bill of lading to confirm shipment? Do your invoices mentioned above reference you and or your store as the recipient of the products? If you were using a third party to source and ship, we would require a contract or agreement with them to confirm compliance with other policies. Additionally when you provided your credit card statement, does the name on the account match the account owner, or is the information in someone else name?
