I am reaching out regarding a critical issue we have been facing with Amazon Canada's product classification system.
Our product falls under the Cosmetic category and does not require a DIN/NPN Number, as confirmed by Health Canada. Despite this official confirmation, we are encountering persistent challenges as Amazon Canada continues to insist on the requirement of a DIN/NPN Number.
We have already engaged with Amazon Health Canada, where they acknowledged the nature of our product and its classification as a Cosmetic item. However, the issue remains unresolved, causing significant delays and complications for our operations.
