Why can't spontaneous goods be returned to fba? A lot of freight will be lost if the goods are returned to the seller, especially when the goods have a high value and have to be returned, which is very sad

Hi @Seller_dNrSJDgMnx7zw, can you clarify some details of what you're asking here? As detailed on the Dangerous goods identification guide help page, under "What cannot be sold through FBA" you'll find:
The following classes or divisions are prohibited for FBA:
4.2 Substances liable to spontaneous combustion
Thus, if not fulfilled by Amazon they also wouldn't be applicable for FBA return.
