Don't use HELIUM 10 for the Follow UP
We have been using Helium 10 for several years. It's a great tool for creating and validating listings, as well as for tracking products and competitors, and finding keywords for advertising. We also set up a follow-up system to request them to write reviews and feedback. However, we discovered that Amazon is blocking these types of messages sent to customers. We started looking into this issue with Helium 10. For over a month, Helium 10 kept leading us on, promising to resolve the issue. After a month, they were unable to fix the problem and suggested we close our account. I highly do not recommend using Helium 10 for follow-up, so it's up to you to find something better. Thank you. Well, they have to say that or else you may stop using the service. We sell over 80,000 items on Amazon and never found the need for a service like that. Our business is based on our profit, not what a competitor sells products for,.
