Theft on Return
We had a Customer requesting a refund on items that they purchased. Since this was a FBM order, we provided return label to Customer. Customer uses this label and ships back literally garbage instead of our products.
We email Customer about returning the correct product and issue a zero dollar refund to Customer while uploading the pictures of stuff the Customer shipped back to us.
Now the Customer opens an A to Z claim.
We are just hoping that Amazon will support sellers in such situations and flag the Customer so that other sellers don't have to go through this kind of situation.
This is literally theft to us.

Contact the local police where the "buyer" is located and (if possible) file a theft/fraud report.

I am dealing with a similar issue
Customer bought an item, 2 hrs later put in a return request after delivery.
Returned a bunch of damaged, used, missing parts.
Sent all evidence to the correct email and did a 50% restocking fee as the customer sent back the item "materially different" than what we sent the customer.
A to Z sided with the customer and gave a 100% refund.
I might have given customer 150% refund due to this. Amazon doesn't help out sellers when the sellers follow policy and the customers don't.

Hello @Seller_7LwxFqtD1ERu3,
Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
I will be more than glad to help you with this situation. If you have evidence for us to start the investigation, that will be helpful. Please share the order ID in this thread.
Looking forward to your answer,
Jurgen

You can confirm that what I told you is the correct information by checking the order in your account. You will see this:
Sales proceeds
Items total: CA$469.99
Tax total: CA$56.40
Refunds total: -CA$263.20
Grand total: CA$263.19
This information is from my refund @Jurgen_Amazon
Amazon then A to Z'ed the rest.
It is still showing it as seller funded for the a to z claim.
Can you show me proof that Amazon did not charge us for the other 50%?
Because I could dig up the transaction list if you need.
