Being asked for proof of address but no section to upload it
My first verification submission was rejected and I'm in the process of waiting for my first bank statement to arrive. While getting ready for that, I noticed that there is no section under Business Identity to upload this proof of address so I'm not sure where to send it to. I called the contact center and was basically told I might not be able to do it on my phone. I log in on my laptop and still no way to upload the document. Can anyone from amazon help me on this? I submitted it as is thinking there will be more options or fields but looks like it literally got submitted.

- Select "Account Info"
- Look for "Business Information" section
- Click on "Update" next to your business address
- You should see an option to "Upload Documents"
If you're not seeing these options, there are two possible reasons:
- Your initial verification is still being processed
- The system hasn't activated the secondary document upload option yet
Recommended actions:
- Wait 24-48 hours after your initial rejection before attempting to upload new documents
- Clear your browser cache and try again
If you still don't see the upload option, please open a case with Seller Support directly through Seller Central for immediate assistance
