Item arrived too late BUT NOT LATE, unable to recover return shipping
A customer requested a return on a Seller Fulfilled Purchase using the return reason "Item arrived too late", however their order states "Deliver by: Fri, Nov 3, 2023 to Mon, Nov 6, 2023" and the FedEx tracking # 785718157480 confirms all three packages were delivered ahead of schedule on 11/02/2023. Thankfully, Amazon allowed me to upload the FedEx labels the customer use and enter the return shipping fee of $144.28. The problem is now the three packages have arrived back, Amazon's system is only allowing me to refund the full purchase price without the $144.28 return label fee that Amazon's system still shows I have entered. Anyone know how I can get this resolved to avoid having to refund the entire purchase amount?

I will look into the problem you have with non-refund of the return mailing cost on that order. You say that the packages arrived ahead of schedule. Can you provide me with a related Case ID to make it faster for me to find the order?
