Why does Amazon keep losing my inventory?

I am having an ongoing issue with FBA in the used book category where I send boxes, they will claim to have received all of the units and then a few days later they say most or all are missing from the box and close it off, leaving me high and dry since you cannot show proof via invoices for used inventory bought at auctions, libraries and thrift stores. It takes me hours and hours to source these books, clean them and ship them only to pay for delivery based on weight and then be told half or all my inventory was not received. A one off I understand, but this keeps happening over and over again. What is the deal Amazon? @Christine_Amazon
