Product review for a product we do not sell

A customer has left a 1-star rating and review on one of our product pages for a product we do not sell. It is very clear this is a wrong review by the details of what the customer wrote. We have tried to get this review removed, as it is for a product we do not sell. This is what we've done:

- Pressed the "report" button right next to the product review on the product page.

- Contacted community-help AT amazon.com (as was suggested to us by Support for a previous issue we had).

- Contacted Amazon support.

The first two actions resulted in no response/change. The third action, contacting Amazon support, simply resulted in a canned email. It is clear by their response they are not reading our case. We have tried to reply to Amazon to ask them to actually read our case, but again, we simply get canned responses.

Again, to be clear, we don't just want to remove a negative review. We want to remove a negative review for a product that we do not sell. The customer clearly has clicked on the wrong product page when making their review. I think it is reasonable for Amazon to help their sellers in cases as such....

At this point, we don't really know what else we can do. Maybe a moderator on this forum can help look into this. Any suggestions are welcome.

Cheers,

MP
