A-to-Z claims funded by Amazon (or reversed) - Where does it appear?
Hello,
A) For A-to-Z claims ''funded by Amazon'', where does it show that Amazon has sent the money back to the seller? I am talking in a situation that the customer was initially refunded (funded by Seller) when the A-to-Z claim was opened, but upon appealing the A-to-Z claim, the status changed to ''funded by Amazon''. Where is the proof for a given transaction that the money has been paid back to the seller?
I looked up a few reports and the transaction view tab. Nothing is showing up and it still shows a negative amount after the sale (that our money was taken automatically to refund the customer) but no adjustment after the claim was ''funded by Amazon''.
B) For A-to-Z claims that are reversed by the customers, in other words when a customer calls Amazon to be charged again after being wrongfully refunded, where does that appear also?
I received a message from Amazon saying a seller reimbursement would appear in the transaction tab within 72 hours. Weeks later, still nothing.
I opened 3 cases, it always get transferred to the ''A to Z claim team'' and never get answered. Can't re-open those logs after they are transferred. Amazon is a lot quicker to take the seller's money when an A-to-Z claim is opened than refunding the seller when the customer is found incorrect.
Anyone can help verifying the reimbursement?

I just saw it.
Quite complicated to see it, but its there.
Would be very helpful for other sellers to know that A-to-Z claim reimbursed do not display under an order ID, rather under ''OTHER''.

Thank you for the wait in geting back to you on this.
After escalating to our internal team, I was able to confirm that refunds to your account had already been issued successfully.
Please follow the below steps to review your credit:
- Go to Seller Central
- Click on Menu < Payments
- Go to Transaction View
- On Transaction Type, filter by Other
- On the date range, select the date that the claim was granted by Amazon (add the date that your claim indicates was granted by Amazon).
- The refund will show as "Others" on the Product Details (no order ID will show)
Please try to follow the above steps to confirm all refunds on claims granted by Amazon and let me kow in this thread if you have any other question., I'll be happy to assist you.

I understand the claim reversal isn't showing up on your monthly payment report, I went ahead and reviewed the same report you downloaded and confirmed that the value doesn't match the reversal for the claims.
