Best Shipping Options?

I used to use Shippo to purchase shipping labels, which I feel is no longer the best shipping option. Canada Post has hiked rates which has already led to a decrease in sales.

Does anyone have any recommendations here? We sell small ticket items and ship orders over $15 with tracking.

I use a freight forwarder who seems to have better Canada Post rates than using Canada Post direct. Not sure if you ship outside of Canada, but those rates are also better via the forwarder.

A lot of sellers have an account with Purolator and seem to get good rates. I use Purolator occasionally for in-province shipments and get a decent price for those via a third party again.

Are you signed up with Canada Post Small Business Solutions? That saves you 5% and after several years, I was lucky to make Level 2, which is even better savings. Are your items small enough to be an "oversize letter?" Those cost under $6 to ship within Canada.

If your product is small enough, you can try the Pre-paid Boxes, which start at $18 within Canada.
