Privately Owned business billing and tax title- urgent
Hi, I'm so confused about what title I have to put on my billing receipt from supplier.
I registered "Privately Owned business", basically is sole-proprietorship. However, I also entered my company name and registered number. Those from provincial government, I registered company name, and I guess is different with LLC from the USA , because LLC has law protection.
I'm about to do brand registration on seller account, need to upload the receipt from the supplier. What should the supplier put on the title of the billing receipt? My personal full name or company name? What I confused is the company is not registered as a corporation business, it just a company name, because is sole-proprietorship.
Another thing is, TAX filling will be use my full name? or company name?
Thank you.

Only the brand owner (the trademark owner) can do brand registry. Then the brand owner goes in and grants your company reseller authorization on Amazon's whitelist.
The wholesale supplier would put your company name on the invoice (not receipt, Amazon does not accept receipts as it's not a valid supply chain)
You're a sole proprietor, the income tax filing will be through you and get added to your other personal income.

If sole-proprietorship then any business income/expense is part of your personal income taxes (lines 13499 and 13500 on the tax form, also see CRA tax guide T4002 for details).
If incorporated (private or public) then the company has it's own separate income tax form to file.
