Dear Amazon Support Team,
Customers made a request from A to Z due to the delay of the packages due to the strike, we explained the situation and Amazon still gave the money to the customers, the packages were delivered to the customers and Amazon is not giving my money back. This is a great injustice, not to mention the order defect rate being affected..!!
