Help Needed – Listings Removed Due to Product Safety Issue (No Sales & Uploaded by Mistake)
Hello Seller Community,
I need your guidance regarding two of my listings that Amazon removed due to Product Safety issues. Here are the details:
ASIN: B0DGL9S9KH (Front Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly)
ASIN: B0DGL7HQQ2 (Front Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly)
Both listings were uploaded mistakenly, and I have not made any sales from these items. Consequently, I do not possess any documentation such as Declaration of Conformity, test reports, images with compliance labels, or user manuals, which Amazon has requested for the appeal.
These removals have significantly impacted my Account Health Rating (AHR), and I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed to resolve this issue. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and if so, what steps did you take to successfully appeal?
