Then how we can remove these feedbacks , there gotta be a way . 1 Star Ratings ; should be removed in order for us to know what went wrong. Customer just leaving a 1 star rating without any comment does not determine what the issue was! Does anyone know how we can remove those feedback?

I hope the system will allow us to contact the customer to inquire about the reason for the negative star rating as a step to provide customer service, with the option for the customer to remove it. More confusion from Amazon.
