VTR now down to 25%, Amazon not recognizing valid tracking numbers
Data from the 1-2 second week of the Canada Post strike. Valid tracking numbers for Purolator, Canpar, ICS are being uploaded to Amazon via Netparcel and the report is showing these tracking id's as invalid.
This is insane. I filed a case with seller support a week ago and no one has followed up. I need help before our account gets suspended for no reason!

Is Netparcel providing the correct Shipping Company and Service to match those tracking numbers ?
Do you still get invalid if you re-enter the information manually ? (it can take 24 hours before VTR report updates with the new info)
Have you talked to Netparcel about this amazon issue you are having ?

Hello @Seller_KQFCaEzuosu3s,
Thank you for posting your concerns with the valid tracking.

I do see that there has recently been some guidance provided by our support teams on this related case surrounding the concern with invalid tracking and the Canda Post strike:
We understand that you have reached out to us regarding to address issues with tracking data not transferring correctly to Amazon and to highlight the lack of ICS integration, despite using ICS for half of their shipments.
We want to let you know that we understand the difficulties caused by the Canada Post strike and your transition to alternative carriers. Regarding Netparcel, it's good that you're addressing the tracking data transfer issues.
For ICS, while it's not currently on Amazon's integrated carrier list, we can submit feedback to our product team about potentially adding it in the future.
In the meantime, to improve your Valid Tracking Rate, consider using Amazon's integrated carriers when possible. Given these extenuating circumstances, we can request a temporary exemption or adjustment to your account's VTR metric.Continue using integrated carriers when possible and ensure all tracking data is correctly transmitted to Amazon.
Amazon validates tracking details (including the carrier name and tracking ID) for all seller-fulfilled packages and shows warnings for invalid tracking details. However, this rule does not apply to items excluded from the VTR calculation.
What I can additionally speak too is the impact and risk of account deactivation at this point. As ICS is not an integrated carrier, can you advise why were they being used? Was their use due to the Canada Post strike similar to why you mentioned using Netparcel in the case?
Our review teams are well aware of the strike and impact but are not exempting them from the calculation on individual orders as far as I have seen, but rather asking you provide a statement of impact for your situation.
This is only required if you are requested to submit an appeal through the valid tracking dashboard or account health page. This should include as mentioned exactly how you were impacted by the strike and why the use of non-integrated carriers was conducted.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
