sale still received on inactive account
My account has been inactive due to inactivity. I'm trying to reactivate it but I'm just being redirected to the page that is telling me my account is inactive. surprisingly though, Amazon allowed a sale to go through. I cannot access the sale because I just keep ending up on the screen saying I'm inactive.
How do I bypass this? I tried to use the help within my seller account but again, it just redirects me back to the page that tells me I'm inactive.
