Hello, “YHM1” “FBA18DRP31QB” 4 different items, 1 item out of 35 items in total, 5 items are missing. Although I have opened many cases, I could not reach the result, the products say that the products were not found in the warehouse and the refund is not made. I understand that such problems may occur during this busy period of Amazon, but I demand a refund.

I noticed that you opened an investigation case ending in 3551.
The Selling Partner Support team informed that when they receive shipments with quantity discrepancies, they automatically initiate an investigation on your behalf for the items in your shipment.
