Automatic replies from Amazon
Hello; amazon took my account into review and asked me to
delivery proofs
requested documents such as invoices
I sent all the documents completely, adding them to the order numbers.
I have listed all the details, right down to the screenshots of the delivery proof.
But I'm getting automatic messages saying we don't have enough information.
Even though I sent it over and over again, I cannot break this vicious circle. Even though I contacted the customer representative and explained the problem, I could not find a solution.
Please can anyone help me?

Did you send them Invoices, or Receipts?? This is VERY often the cause. To get better assistance from other sellers, you'd have to post your original notice, to know what the problem was. But since you say they ask for invoices, and you sent receipts instead, there is likely no help.
