The ODR is recalculated daily, old orders stop getting counting, new orders get added. So if you stop getting any more defects your rate will eventually drop to zero.
The ODR section shows the 60 day time range that it is based on. Today (June 13) has an ODR time range of March 31 to May 29, 2025
