Where/How to submit ISO 17025

Hello!

I recently had a listing that required an ISO 17025 certification, however, I have tried submitting the document to the case log for the policy complaint (Case ID 14225260701) but has not been very clear. I want to ask where exactly this can be submitted so that we can get this product back up.

Hi @Seller_w5yHLhrVJMKFY

This is Madeline from Amazon to provide more support on your end.

I understand that you are having an issue with a complaint on product safety.

This requirement helps ensure products are compliant with local laws and safe for customers.

Amazon conducts routine checks to ensure compliance of products sold on the platform on a regular basis. We aim to ensure that customers can be confident in finding a comprehensive selection of relevant products from sellers without having to worry about product safety, quality, or reliability. This in turn creates a safe platform for both buyers and sellers to leverage on. Thus, it is of paramount importance that all sellers understand and comply with Amazon’s guidelines and policies on product safety.

How do I provide the requested documents?

In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates

Click on Missing Compliance Documents

Search for the affected ASIN and then;

Click Add to upload the documents for each product

For reinstatement you must provide relevant product safety testing documentation and certification from an accredited independent testing laboratory. Electronic products require the appropriate UL standard from an ISO/ILAC 17025 certified lab.

Children's products require an up-to-date (within the last year) CPSIA Compliance testing documentation from a CPSC approved laboratory, in addition to safety standard ASTM F963 if the product is a toy.

For all other products, please submit all testing the seller has on hand from an ISO 17025 certified laboratory.
