Took them 3 months to received a small package : when they did, it was 100% discrepancy. Do something about YXU1!
This is the second time it has happened with YXU1. This is not normal, and something needs to be done...
On the 14th of December, I shipped a 1-pound neatly packaged box with 60 plastic cards in it. Three days later, Canada Post told me it was delivered to its destination, the YXU1 warehouse in St. Thomas, Ontario.
It took them three months to open it. I then received a message two days ago, saying they were receiving it. A day later, another message, saying there's a 60-card discrepancy (out of 60).
What is that? Did my cards disappear out of thin air? It's the second time this has happened with this warehouse (out of four shippings). The first time was 150 cards (with a 150-card discrepancy). They seems to lose one shipping out of two, which is very bad for business.
Even when they did receive it, it always took them 2-3 months to unpack the smallest package. Meanwhile, I can ship 10 packages to different US warehouses, and they get everything in order and ready to go in three weeks.
Is there any way to avoid getting this dysfunctional warehouse? Can you guys at Amazon do something about this place that keeps losing my stuff?
