Connecting Brand Registry to both Seller Central and Advantage accounts

I started out with a Seller Central account, got my trademark and got my Brand registered with Seller Central. My main goal was to get my Brand Story and A+ Content. After flailing for a bit, I realized that my guides are Books which can't have A+ Content in Seller Central. After a bit of digging, since I am also the Author and Publisher, I found that I could do this through Amazon Advantage.

I have now set up my Amazon Advantage and the ASINs are currently recognized as mine, but I still cannot get A+ Content as they can't see that I am registered with the Brand Registry. I use the same email address and account for both. When I log into my Advantage account, I can switch over to my Seller Central account without having to re-log in.

Every time I work with support in Advantage letting them know that I can't add A+ Content, they tell me that the Brand isn't recognized as with me, but with no path forward. At one point, someone found that it needed to manually be done, but then it fell apart as it changed hands with multiple support people.

It seems that someone could take a step back and see that my account in Advantage is linked to the Seller Central and Brand Registry and flip the switch, but they are unable to. Has anyone ever done this? How did you get past the siloed support to someone that could help?

Hello @Seller_Nk9n6hSw65p87

I wanted to point out that according to our A+ content help page, A+ Content features are not yet formally supported for ASINs sold through Seller Central in the Books, Music, Video, or DVD (BMVD) categories at this time.
