FBA Stole My Items and Didn't Reimburse
Amazon is turning into a black hole, first they start losing items upon receipt and hold you hostage for months. Now they lost my items that were in stock and refuse to reimburse!! Item cost is $14.99, FBA fees are $8.29 and I got only reimbursed $0.62 per item!! That's less than what I paid for it!! They claim that my item cost is $7.45 on Amazon. How am i selling it for $14,99 then? We did have a promo with negative margin in the beginning of selling this item to uplift the listing, but there is no way anyone here would be selling for that amount!
I spent over an hour with those half human chat support individuals who were dumb enough to push me to the US side and argued with me that I should contact Canadian Amazon instead. Then loophole after loophole they eventually requested an invoice from 5 months ago and while I was searching, they disconnected the chat in 5 minutes.

Well, you did and that set a precedent for sales history for that item. How much of that item have you sold at $14.99 after you sold below cost to uplift the listing?

Well, anyone can go in and make up a list price, but it's the selling history that matters is what they base of what your previous customers have paid, not what you want them to pay in the future.

I figured out what happened, as usual Amazon has taken all possible steps to rob us but not this time.
Some smart people have made input of item measurement into the system and said that item with the following parameters:
Lngth: 20cm x Width: 20cm x Height: 3cm x Weight: 0.05kg
Somehow became this:
* Length: 241.00 cm x * Width: 5.99 cm x * Height: 2.69 cm x * Weight: 1.00 kg
and as a result the fulfillment fees became more expensive than the item itself! This is why they didn't reimburse! Thats $1000 loss right there!

As indicated by our FBA team,
This attribute cannot be updated manually by either the associates on the fulfillment center or us in Selling Partner Support just by your request as they need to confirm the correct measurements for the product to provide an accurate fee and for further procedures that may need to be taken for a better managing of the products during the storage in our FC.
Therefore, the only way for these measurements to be updated as per policy will be by a remeasurement procedure with available inventory in our FBA fulfillment centers.
Again, we cannot perform remeasurement for FNSKU X004CHAFDF because you currently have no measurable inventory.
I am unable to further escalate this matter,
