Inventory sent to amazon more than 30 days. Stranded products more than 70%. Listing is out of stock status. Can I delete the listing and product and relist? How to solve the issue pelase?

I have sent my product more than 30 days to Amazon they are showing that 70% of my product is stranded and the list is out of stock. How to solve this issue. I already have got many seller support they were unable to give me the exact reason. Can I delete the listing and relist should active my product? Because the list is inactive for more than 30 days. Is there any problem with deleting and relisting? Please note that my inventory with Amazon is in stock. I would grateful to you for the suggest pls.

Thank you for visiting the seller forums. You should not delete your listing if you have shipped units into the fulfillment center. If you did that, it would create a mismatch. You need to wait for the units to finish processing.

I reviewed your selling account and your Case 13475308151, which you opened to address your inventory issue.

I see that we were able to tell you that you have units which are being shipped between fulfillment centers to effectively manage storage and create the best availability for customers. Transfers typically take 1-5 days to complete, however, in some cases, it might take up to 30 days.

I also see that you have units that are under fulfillment center processing. These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions and weight or pending investigations.

Please be patient while we finish processing your inbound inventory.
