Please help me, i'm inoccent and being accused of Dropshipping.
Let me first say - I HAVE NEVER done any sort of dropshipping nor intended to.
Been selling for 3 years, mostly FBM & FBA, first month ever I finally was able to get tons of orders.
I took a bunch of time off from work, picked up from source products in person, drove, packaged, and shipped all myself for the past 4 weeks ALL FBM, almost every day awake till 3 am packing, sleeping 4 hours, and heading to USPS/UPS to ship and back to my 9 am-7 pm.
I got sick 2 times, but still pushed through to get everything on time. All by myself.
I do have a VA that helps me with small stuff from sourcing to customer service but that is all.
Now Amazon Dark Lords still don't accept my evidence it was all me - from pics of my house, invoices showing that items were picked up in person by me, to Google Maps data of where and when I drove, to even tracking showing where i dropped packages to USPS/UPS that shows its near my house, literally same zip code!
They won't release my funds and I'm all tapped out, I have to borrow money for rent if they won't release it before the 1st. they blocked my FBM ability and I'm just about to blow a hole in my head from how much stress I'm in all over this.
Please help.

What's wrong with drop-shipping?
Some of the best people we know, including ourselves, have been successfully drop-shipping on Amazon for over a decade......
Must be you triggered Amazon in some way.
(Amazon is extremely self-conscious and very insecure, probably due to a guilty conscience...)

as long as the source wasn't WalMart-- but a bonafide Distributor or Manufacturer of some kind.. you should eventually be all okay.....
"Distributor" is based on Amazon's definition-- not a retail store (not ANY retail store)- but a company that buys from a Manufacturer and has the rights from the Manufacturer to sell to 3rd Party sellers on Amazon....

Do your packing/shipping material/boxes have the name or logo of the retail establishment? If you ship your order in a Target box, it may look to the buyer that the product was drop-shipped from Target. If so, explain to Amazon that you used another retailer's shipping materials - frowned upon, but not the worst thing you could do. Explain this, and tell them that you will use only new, unmarked boxes/material going forward. Apologize profusely and sound as though you mean it in your appeal.
OR Was there any paperwork from the other store in the box/package? Bad form on your part, but not unforgivable. Again, explain what happened and vow never to make the same mistake again.
OR If you sold an item that is labeled as 'Only available at "insert-store-name-here", then you have not dropped shipped the item - true - but you sold something that was exclusively sold somewhere else. Where would you have obtained it otherwise? Not exactly drop shipping, but still a serious offense.
Since you sources from retail stores, were you selling your products as new? Because they are not if you are the first owner and then resold it..
Think about it. If none of the above scenarios are true, then look at your business processes and see where the buyer(s) may have gotten the idea that you drop shipped. There has to be clues that you are not sharing with us.
