How to apply for an UPS Next Day air shipping refund for late delivery?
I have a customer who purchase addition shipping to have the package shipped UPS Next Day air. We purchase shipping through Amazon buy shipping. UPS picked it up the same day and scanned it into their system. UPS tracking shows there was a carrier delay later that night which delayed the package being delivered on time. The package was delivered the following day late.
My question is how do I apply for a refund for this package since UPS missed their guaranteed Next day air delivery time? In the past I have requested a refund by clicking on the "Refund Purchased Shipping Label" icon on the order page but it has been denied. Is there another route?

Have you attempted to call the UPS dedicated line for Amazon sellers to request that refund: 1-800-711-5914. The UPS personnel at that phone number are trained to support questions from Amazon sellers.
