Created individual account but still signed up as professional and got charged professional fee as well
Hi,
I have created a new seller account and I signed up through individual seller account link and not a professional one but today when verification and reviews are completed I was charged a 39.99$ professional fee.
Is there any way to get this refunded. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

You can change your account to individual status, and this change will take effect at your next billing cycle.

When you sign up for an account, you can choose between professional and individual, in your situation I do see that professional plan was selected when you signed up.
In order to request a refund, we need you to downgrade your account first to individual, and then create a Support Case for the refund.
To downgrade your account follow the steps in this link.
Once you are done, submit the support case here.
