Automated unfulfillable inventory , No option to set return to Canada address.

We only sold im Canada Marketplace and would like to get the customer return back instead of Amazon disposing it but The system does not accept our automated removals return shipping address.There is no option to select canada as a country for Automated unfulfillable settings. I am facing this issue for quite a while and amazon keeps on discarding my returned products instead of returning it to me. and we are not even able to disable this setting either .
