Ungating JBL Dramm and cocopar - SEROIUSLY DISPOSITIONED
I have been struggling for months to get ungated for JBL etc. I bought the products from Amazon. I have used Amazon invoiced to get ungated for many other products but JBL , Dramm , Cocopar I am just getting auto emails for months and 50 back and forth already.
I have changed the names of the invoices, beg, being friendly, being angry etc with now avail.
To whom could I escalate this PLEASE!!

I suggest you stop now and actually take the time to get current on new laws that impact your business. With the new laws closing any type of grey market sourcing you probably need to reevaluate your entire supply chain.
Also just about every brand name has now protected their name by requiring you to have a Letter of Authorization for you to sell their brand on amazon.

Better off selling your USED items on the bay.
